Capital Companion - AI-Powered Trading Assistant

Welcome to Capital Companion! These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI-powered financial analysis tool. By accessing or using Capital Companion, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

Service: Refers to Capital Companion, the AI-powered financial analysis tool provided by Major 7 Apps, LLC.

User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.

Subscription: The paid plan that grants Users access to the Service's premium features.

Content: Any data, information, text, graphics, or other materials submitted or made available through the Service.

To access features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

Capital Companion offers various subscription plans to cater to different user needs. Our plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, with pricing details as follows:

Monthly Plan: $29.99 per month
Annual Plan: $299.99 per year

Users starting with our freemium model receive 10 free AI requests each month. Subscription renewal will occur automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards and digital wallets. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We are not responsible for any charges made through unauthorized use of your payment information.

Users agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using the Service to:

Engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activities
Distribute malicious software or attempt unauthorized access
Violate intellectual property rights

All content and materials included in the Service are the property of Major 7 Apps, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
