Billing questions
What does the free plan include?
The free plan includes 25 AI analysis requests per month, 5 price alerts, 3 watchlists of up to 25 symbols each, 5 saved prompts, 10 saved trade plans, a screener preview, and all free calculators. The calculators do not require an account.
What's the difference between Pro and Elite?
Pro covers full technical analysis, risk metrics, chart patterns, CSV export, and unlimited alerts and watchlists at 300 AI requests/month. Elite adds the coiled setup scanner, audio briefings, chart vision AI, priority support, and 1,000 AI requests/month.
What happens if I go over my monthly AI request cap?
Your plan's cap resets every billing cycle. If you need more before it resets, you can buy a top-up credit pack instead of upgrading your plan.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Pro and Elite both start with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then from your account settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month (or annual, if you choose annual billing) and you can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing for Pro and Elite costs 25% less than paying monthly for one year.
